Hell Week
I posted Day one of Hell week. After day 2 I was way to tired to post anything anymore. Overall, it was a fun, challenging, and I GOT MY 6 PACK BACK<3 finally shit. =[
Well done swimmers! We compelted 100x100’s, a 6 hour practice, the GAULET <— spelled like that not freakin gotlet. And most of all, survived. =]
